This Committee collects gifts for Christmas for those in need. Children’s names are received from the Oldham County Red Cross. Typically, 100 to 120 Children receive both toys and clothing items through this service project along with the elderly residents at Forest Springs. The Tree is placed in Church mid-November with toy, clothing and elderly stars for our parishioners to select. Gifts are to be wrapped and returned by the specified date in mid-December to a designated place on campus.

Gifts are then sorted, bagged and tagged. The gifts are delivered to Forest Springs a few days before Christmas. The families pick up their packages on a designated date. Communication with these families is done by our committee. The Red Cross provides family detail. Any packages that are not picked up by the families are picked up by the Red Cross and they deliver to the home.
