I was born and raised in Louisville Kentucky where I graduated from Sacred Heart Academy. I attended Jefferson Community College where I received my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. My Early Childhood journey began 20 years ago at a Child Development center where I was a Lead Teacher. During my tenure I have held many different roles, including administration. However, teaching is my passion and is most fulfilling to me. After accepting the Preschool lead teacher of the full day program at St Aloysius in Aug. 2017, I really felt I had found my home and purpose. This is where I am supposed to be!
I have had many hours of trainings through my 20 years. Most recently in MAPS Phonological Awareness, Responding to Behaviors, Multi-Sensory Strategies for the Early Learner, and Making Adaptions to Curriculum and Environment to Focus Learning On Every Child’s Abilities.
I married my high school love in 2005 and we have 3 daughters! Andrea, Addison, and Aubree. My husband and I along with our girls moved to Oldham County 10 years ago. We love Oldham County and are so excited to continue raising our girls here. Besides raising our girls and being a teacher I have a passion for Photography! I love being able to capture precious memories for others and myself!
