Growing up in the Archdiocese of Pittsburgh school system is where I initially realized how much I loved learning. I was always eager to know more! While at Western Kentucky University I decided to major in Elementary Education because I hoped that I could share my love of learning with the next generation of kids. I love helping kids through each step of a problem and seeing their excitement when they are able to do it on their own.
I strongly believe that instilling strong critical thinking skills and perseverance in students will lead them to a bright future of their choosing. When students leave my classroom, I hope they leave with a heart filled with kindness, confidence, curiosity, and determination. My hope for my students is that they always strive to learn more, and walk with Jesus in their hearts wherever they go.
